Authorities determined that Frank was driving a 2018 Chevrolet pickup southbound on Ohio 37 when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment, and came to rest. He was transported by EMS to Fairfield Medical Center for treatment of his injuries and was later transferred to Mount Carmel East, where he was sadly pronounced deceased.
