Shreveport, La. — The Shreveport community is grieving the heartbreaking loss of 33-year-old Tremaine Jones, who was killed in a rollover crash early Friday morning, January 30, 2026. According to the Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office, the fatal single-vehicle accident occurred around 2:29 a.m. on Interstate 20 West at the Lakeshore Drive and Linwood Avenue (Exit 17A) off-ramp.

Authorities report that Tremaine was driving a light blue Chevy Blazer home from a local casino when icy conditions on the ramp caused his vehicle to leave the roadway. The SUV overturned and violently struck a large concrete bridge column. His identity was confirmed through personal identification, and standard toxicology testing was ordered.

As the investigation continues, the community is asked to keep his family in their thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

May Tremaine Jones rest in peace, and may strength and comfort surround all who mourn his loss.
