Jacinta was removed from the submerged vehicle around 5:45 p.m., with divers using a rope system and stokes basket to bring her to safety. Authorities believe the vehicle came off the Parkway, and after initial concerns of multiple vehicles in the water, a second dive confirmed that Jacinta was the only victim. The vehicle was located about five feet from a wall beneath the surface and will be recovered at a later time.
